Your Wedding – Location, Booking and Fees

• You may choose the location – a chapel, function centre, a garden, the beach or some other place that has special significance for you. We can advise you.

• If it is to be an outdoors celebration, do have a Plan B available in case of inclement weather!

• We are very happy to travel to locations beyond the CBD – the Yarra Valley, Daylesford, Berwick and other popular locations in Central Victoria and on the coast.

When do you need to book your celebrant?

As soon as possible. You are advised to contact Judy or John as soon as you know the day, date, time and venue for your wedding.

Sometimes this is the first question a couple asks us. Price is important, and we all have a budget. We offer a range of fees depending on the time, location and complexity of the ceremony you plan.

• Today, celebrant fees range from around $300 to more than $1000. Our fees are middle of the range.

• Sometimes, couples wish to have what might be called a ‘no frills’ ceremony, perhaps with only themselves and their witnesses present. For such occasions, we are prepared to talk with you and tailor the fee to meet your needs and your budget.
